CONTEMPORARY ART POSTERS 

The idea for the posters came from “conceptual” exhibitions, sometimes even described as “thematic” by curators. My attention is drawn to the meaning of the concept of contemporary art and in particular to exhibition strategies - from the exhibition manifesto to the exhibition work.

This exhibition animated posters chart the evolution of these trends over a period of contemporary art development, showing how philosophical concepts fit into exhibition practice and how these practices are changing as the understanding of art changes. The fictional exhibition is held at Museum der Moderne, Salzburg, Austria.
